Tinfoil Eggs

Here is a super easy way to make eggs...in tinfoil! One of the fastest ways to cook a bunch of eggs that can be saved for snacks, served on salads, or eaten as is! It is also a great alternative to using muffin tins or ramekins if you don't have those around.

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F.
  2. Tear off a sheet of tinfoil and cut into small squares, about 4in x 5in.
  3. Lightly grease one side of the foil in ghee and then form into small molds.
  4. Gently crack an egg in each tinfoil mold and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes until cooked.
  5. Serve garnished with parsley and seasoning.
