Kombucha Pina Colada Smoothie

Kombucha is a fermented tea and a tremendous food-as-medicine approach to a probiotic that can help populate the GI tract with beneficial bacteria. Smoothies are a great way to incorporate other gut-healing nutrients, so feel free to play around with the recipe and add various fruits, kombuchas, and even gut-healthy nutrients like flax seed powder for added fiber or L-glutamine to support a healthy gut lining. INGREDIENTS

  • 1C ice

  • 1C fresh pineapple

  • one can coconut cream (5.4oz)

  • 1/2C coconut yogurt

  • 1/2C Mother Kombucha Pineapple Coconut Kombucha

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
