Citrus Fennel & Cranberry Chop Salad

Winter salads are some of my favorite because of all of the incredible flavors. This salad truly is nature’s flu shot as it is packed with immune boosting nutrients like vitamin C as well as gut healthy fiber that helps promote the beneficial bacteria living in the gut. My Citrus Fennel & Cranberry Chop salad combines all the flavors and sensations like sweet, salty, crunchy, and bitter, this salad can either be served as-is, on top of mixed greens, or even as a salsa with fish tacos! Versatile, easy, and delicious :) Enjoy!
